TWO HALVES OF THE SAME GAME

When Factor 5 was finishing off development for Rogue Squadron II: Rogue Leader, they discovered that much of the great sequences found in the original Star Wars movies could still be adapted into an arcade game format. It was decided that Rogue Squadron III: Rebel Strike would be an addition onto Rogue Leader which would take players into key moments found in the original Star Wars movies by taking the player, for the first time, out of the cockpit.

Below is a list of all of the missions from Rogue Leader and Rebel Strike in chronological order.

To make things easier, it’s best to play Rogue Leader in Rebel Strike’s co-op mode with a friend if you don’t want to have to keep changing discs over (provided you have a patient friend who will sit through as you play through the solo stuff). Play through all of those missions in that order and you would have just relived most of the Original Trilogy period as a game… and should win a trophy for how bored you must have been to attempt it in the first place.
